Meet Lyle Leonard

Bio

Lyle attended the University of Michigan and Michigan State University to earn his degree in Packaging Engineering. He worked in the pharmaceutical industry for seven years before entering the world of cosmetics, fragrances and hair care for 13 years with L’Oréal and 10 years with Coty as Senior Vice President of Global Packaging.

From 2009 to 2020, Lyle went entrepreneurial and started his own distribution business serving small and mid-sized companies in the cosmetics industry focusing on great customer service!

He is also a veteran having served in the U.S. Army as an infantry squad leader in Vietnam.

Lyle is passionate about serving our customers in a fair and equitable manner as they begin their retirement planning in the safest and most tax efficient way.
